Plans, forks and visuals
A chat keeps a plan you and the agent both edit. A fork continues a conversation in a new chat. An agent can answer with a page.
Open a plan
When an agent makes a plan, a New plan pill appears in the chat. Click it to open the plan in the panel at the right of the window.
A plan is a list of steps, or a test plan with tests that pass or fail.

The agent never overwrites a state you set. An agent can lock a step so only it checks that step; Unlock removes the lock.
A plan belongs to its chat. Clear on the chat removes its plans too.
Fork a conversation
- Right-click a chat node, or open the menu of a chat view.
- Choose Fork conversation…. The fork starts after the last turn that finished.
- Pick the options below and click Fork.

Ruimte sends nothing until you write the first message. The fork shows a Fork pill that leads to the original. In the fork's menu, Summarize for the original sends what the fork found back to the original chat.
Visual replies
An agent can put a page above its reply: a chart, a table, a diagram or a mockup. Click Open large to see it full size. The page cannot read your files.
To have agents answer in text only, turn off Settings, Agents, Visual replies. The setting is per machine.
A reply can also hold a map. Map tiles load from Ruimte's map service while Settings, Chats, Map tiles is on and you are signed in. Otherwise the map shows only an outline and its places.
Images and 3D models
An agent can show an image or a 3D model (glTF, USDZ or STL) in the thread. To keep an image the agent made, choose Save image to project. Pages and images you save from a chat go to Output.
